Covered Secret Garden \n
capacity 100-150 standing
A welcoming 6m × 10m covered marquee with tables, chairs and décor included, plus additional uncovered outdoor space and a small sandpit for little ones.
9am – 5pm: £80 per hour

Tarmac Area
Back entrance to the Secret Garden and Uncovered Lawn. The only approved area for BBQs.

A relaxed alfresco dining area with tables and chairs, perfect for enjoying food and drinks outdoors.
Pirate Ship Playground
The Pirate Ship Playground is the heart of the venue’s adventure zone, designed to spark the imagination of little explorers. This multi-level play structure features nautical-themed climbing frames, slides, and lookout points where kids can steer the ship or scan the horizon for hidden treasure.
It is a vibrant, active space that offers a fun and safe environment for children to burn off energy while the adults enjoy the nearby amenities. Whether they are scaling the "rigging" or navigating the high seas, it’s the go-to spot for family-friendly fun.
Loading Area
Area for loading and unloading equipment, serving as the venue’s main operational space for event setup and temporary facilities.
Upstairs Space\n

Our upstairs room overlooking the park is £30 per hour.
Considerable discounts are available for local businesses who book regularly (please enquire).

Parking Information
- School time road restrictions apply.
- Parking is usually limited to 3 hours, with no return for 4 hours.
- The car park is owned by Waltham Forest Council and may be closed without prior notice.
- Parking spaces for the venue can never be guaranteed.
